Start by cutting off the handle of the grocery bags together with any writing that’s on the bags. Leaving the bottom seam of the bag intact, cut the bag into strips you decide how thick or thin to make them. Blow up the balloon and then tape the seam of one bag to the back of the balloon and the other bag to the front of the balloon. If you want to hang the ghost and this is a perfect craft to hang outside leave the knotted end at the top and tape the bags at the other end. Use the black marker to draw a face on your spook. Tie a string around the knot, hang either inside or outside, and watch your ghost dance around!

Another Halloween humanities and crafts to make for youngsters is to make ornamental garland to hang around the house or the classroom. You can make them pumpkins, bats, or ghosts whichever you like. Heck, why not make all 3 for a really festive look! The supplies you’ll need are either construction paper or fun froth ( white for ghosts, orange for pumpkins, and black for bats ). If you use fun froth, you may wish to make a pattern before you start cutting. Whichever shape you want to use, leave an abat the top that you’ll fold over the string and secure with tape. Cut out the shapes and draw faces on them. Make many because youl desire to have a longer garland for the best effect. If you do pumpkins, string them on green string. For spooks, use black string, and for bats, use white string.
